We are excited to offer Social Workers an opportunity to join the Children in Care teams in Herefordshire. The team is making great strides, and we\’re looking for passionate professionals to work directly with children and families. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage complex caseloads and use resources effectively.
  2. Work with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the child\’s voice is heard.
  3. Provide reflection, practice management, and mentoring to team members.
  4. Represent the service at court and formal meetings when required.
  5. Encourage development of less experienced staff.
  6. Contribute to improving high-quality services.
