We're looking for a skilled professional to plan, conduct, and report on in-depth, face-to-face (video recorded) online interviews in Kurdish. Your work will help uncover critical insights, resolve areas of concern, and contribute to robust Due Diligence processes for global clients.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and plan interviews by thoroughly reviewing Due Diligence reports, identifying any anomalies or concerns for follow-up.
- Conduct professional, recorded online interviews, asking targeted questions to explore specific areas of interest and resolve concerns.
- Accurately summarize findings from interviews and compare them with original reports, highlighting key insights.
- Organize and coordinate interviews, liaising directly with clients where needed.
- Complete any associated follow-up enquiries as part of the Due Diligence process.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Kurdish with strong written English skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, with the confidence to conduct interviews and ask challenging questions.
