Outreach Worker (G8) – NW London Contract: Agency | Full-time, 36 hours per weekDuration: 11 August 2025 – 31 March 2026Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard office hoursLocation: NW LondonMake a Real Difference in Ending Rough Sleeping We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Outreach Worker to play a key role in tackling rough sleeping and supporting single homeless individuals across North West London.You’ll work closely with local agencies, voluntary organisations, and support services to help people move from the streets into stable accommodation — and sustain it. This is a chance to be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that delivers real change for vulnerable residents.What You’ll Do

  • Act as the single point of contact for rough sleepers with low to medium support needs.
  • Develop individual action plans with clients to access housing, benefits, and support services.
  • Collaborate with the Rough Sleeper Co-ordinator and other partners to ensure effective case management.
  • Provide practical support to help clients sustain tenancies and prevent repeat homelessness.
  • Work with a range of agencies to address barriers to housing and wellbeing.
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement and share best practices on homelessness prevention.

About You We’re seeking someone with empathy, resilience, and strong communication skills, who can build trust with clients and partners alike.You should bring:

  • Knowledge of homelessness legislation and welfare benefits.
  • Experience working with vulnerable people, ideally in a housing or outreach setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to equality, inclusion, and safeguarding.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours to meet client needs.
