Contribute to service development, quality assurance and best practice.
Key Skills & Experience: Qualified Social Worker with relevant Social Work experience.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, assessment and child protection procedures.
Experience managing complex and high-risk cases.
Ability to provide professional supervision and practice guidance.
Excellent communication, analytical and decision-making skills. Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies and statutory frameworks.
