Ackerman Pierce is recruiting an experienced Housing Options Officer to join a busy Local Authority Housing Options service. This role focuses on statutory housing advice, completing Part VII homelessness assessments and preventing homelessness through effective intervention and personalised support.
You’ll manage homelessness applications from initial approach through to decision, creating Personalised Housing Plans (PHPs) and issuing Section 184 decision letters.
