Responsibilities
- Succession and Assignments: Facilitating the smooth transfer of tenancies and managing succession cases with empathy and efficiency.
- Anti-Social Behavior (ASB) Management: Proactively addressing and resolving issues related to anti-social behavior to maintain a safe and peaceful community.
- Tenancy Enforcement: Enforcing tenancy agreements and policies to uphold standards of conduct and property maintenance.
- Tenancy Management: Providing support and guidance to tenants, addressing their concerns, and ensuring compliance with tenancy obligations.
- Inspections: Conducting regular inspections to assess property conditions, identify maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with regulations.
We're looking for candidates who are highly organized, customer-focused, and adept at problem-solving. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders are essential.
