Housing Officer
Salary: £20‑£25 per hour

We are seeking a Temporary Housing Officer to help ensure safe and harmonious living environments. The role involves working on a temporary basis with potential for ongoing engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Succession and Assignments – Facilitate the smooth transfer of tenancies and manage succession cases with empathy and efficiency.
- Anti‑Social Behavior (ASB) Management – Proactively address and resolve issues related to anti‑social behaviour to maintain a safe and peaceful community.
- Tenancy Enforcement – Enforce tenancy agreements and policies to uphold standards of conduct and property maintenance.
- Tenancy Management – Provide support and guidance to tenants, address their concerns, and ensure compliance with tenancy obligations.
- Inspections – Conduct regular property inspections to assess conditions, identify maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related field.
- Highly organised, customer‑focused, and adept at problem‑solving.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
