We are looking to recruit a Adult Qualified Social Worker – EDT within the Social Care industry in Manchester area . The successful candidate will be working in a well-structured, organised team who are growing their social worker staffing levels. The Children Qualified Social Worker – EDT vacancy in Rochdale will be for a minimum of 6 months. Responsibilities include: Undertake assessments of need and produce support plans which reflect the needs and wishes of the individual Responding appropriately to all calls received after office hours and at weekends and bank holidays, when on duty Prioritise and delegate work in a timely manner appropriate to need Ability to lone work, take responsibility for any situation that arises out of hours and to work alongside professionals from other agencies covering an out of hours emergency service Maintain electronic case records for the individuals who you support Person centred assessments as required by the Care Act (2014) Assessments under the Deprivation of Liberties Safeguards, (DoLS) Experience preferred: Post qualifying experience of working as a Qualified Social Worker – EDT team within the UK Social Care industry.
