Main Duties
- Experience required working with adults
- Reviewing care packages and provision of moving and handling equipment
- Complete Care Act assessments
- Assess individuals and carers with complex needs in the home environment

- Undertake manual handling assessments
- Work in line with safeguarding procedures, promoting dignity and respect
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years post‑qualified experience
- Previous experience as a community‑based Occupational Therapist
