Are you an experienced leader with a passion for supporting people experiencing homelessness? We're recruiting a Hostel Manager to help lead a busy homelessness service, delivering high-quality, trauma-informed support that empowers individuals to achieve sustainable housing and positive life outcomes. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the service, provide supervision and support to frontline staff, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement. You'll work closely with housing, health and voluntary sector partners to ensure people can access the services they need to improve their housing, wellbeing and independence.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience managing or supervising within homelessness, housing or supported accommodation.
