The predicted salary is between 63000 - 77000 Β£ per year.
This is a role that requires someone with experience as a Senior SEND officer. There will be limited induction, and they will need to hit the ground running. It is a 3 month post only.
Specific responsibilities are:
- Monitor statutory timescales for new assessments and annual reviews performance and compliance
- Review compliance reports and trackers and follow up with team (weekly tracking of new assessments and NEETs/ceases)
- Monitor phase transfer completion (track progress on 2025.26 and 2026.27)
- Track SEN2 and data quality issues
- Completed ECHNAs β Decision to Assess requests
- Stage 1 complaints and MP Enquiries
- Monitor complaints and Enquiries inbox
- Specific workstreams such as co-production led by SH-S
- Single Point of Contact for specific cases
- Chair Decision Making Group
The offered candidate will be expected to attend onsite to collect IT equipment and at least once per month for team meetings which would normally be a Tuesday.
