We are seeking a skilled Centre Manager to provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the service, ensuring high-quality care, safeguarding, and support for children with learning disabilities and associated needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Fulfil all duties and responsibilities of a Registered Manager as required by the Children’s Home Regulations
- Ensure children and young people achieve positive and agreed outcomes in line with their care plans
- Prepare and present reports to the appropriate timescales
- Contribute to the strategic planning and development of services for children with disabilities and complex needs
- Ensure the unit complies with the Centre’s Statement of Purpose
- Regularly seek the views of service users, parents/carers, social workers, and staff
- Oversee the supervision of 32 staff members, including two Deputy Managers
- Promote activities for children and ensure their voices are heard using appropriate communication tools (PECS, Makaton, etc.)
Requirements
- Registered Manager status
- Experience and knowledge of managing children’s homes, including regulatory compliance and safeguarding principles
- Familiarity with Ofsted inspections and implementing recommendations
- Ideally conversant with Mosaic case management system and proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
