We are recruiting for a Team Manager for our Children with Disabilities Team in Halton. This is a key leadership role requiring strong operational oversight, excellent decision-making skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services to children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership and management to a team of social workers and practitioners
- Oversee case management, ensuring statutory responsibilities and service standards are met
- Drive performance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement within the team
- Support staff development through supervision, mentoring, and performance reviews
- Manage complex cases and provide guidance on risk assessment and safeguarding
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver integrated services

Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration
- Significant post-qualification experience within Children’s Services, including management experience
