Team Manager – Children in Care Salary: Up to £55,607 + £7,000 market premia + £3,000 annual retention payment after one year\’s service Are you an experienced social work leader passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people? Medway Council is seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Manager to oversee a Children in Care team and drive high-quality practice across the service.
