We are looking to recruit a Team Leader – MASH Team within the Social Care industry in Kingston Upon Thames, on a permanent basis paying £52.584 to £55,620- depending on their MASH experience . Please be aware there is a minimum requirement of 4 days p/w in the office. Responsibilities include: Extensive experience of section 47 investigations. Risk management. Screening referrals. Able to work autonomously. Investigating any concerns of neglect through section 47 investigations. Clear understanding of the principle and function of a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub. Evidence of ability to use analytical skills to determine positive outcomes for children and young people within tight timescales. Previous experience of working with partner agencies to gather information essential. Managing staff Experience preferred: Post qualifying experience of working as a Senior Practitioner in a MASH Team in the UK. Managerial experience in a MASH team is not essential but a boost if you have this.
