About the role Lead the strategic direction and operational delivery of the Educational Psychology Service.
Drive high-quality, evidence-based psychological practice across schools, settings, and wider services.
Ensure effective delivery of statutory SEND responsibilities and psychological advice.
Provide expert leadership on inclusion, mental health, wellbeing, and safeguarding.
Develop and support a skilled Educational Psychology workforce through supervision, induction, coaching, and professional development.
Work collaboratively with senior leaders and multi-agency partners to influence system-wide improvement and integrated working.
About you A recognised postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology.
