Salary: Up to 51,127 per annum (subject to experience) Plus: 5,000 welcome bonus and 1,000 retention payment every 2 years

This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking Family Help Service where relationship-based, strengths-led practice is at the core of everything they do. The service offers:
- A focus on supporting families experiencing Domestic Abuse, Neglect, and Substance Misuse
- A separate Adolescents Service managing CSE and contextual safeguarding
- Systemic practice embedded across the teams, with fully funded training over 2, 3 or 4 years
- Progression panels every other month to support development into Senior and Advanced Practitioner roles
- Hybrid working (typically 2-3 days per week from home)
- Duty on a rota basis every four weeks
You’ll be part of a stable, experienced team with support from business staff and access to multi-agency partners including adult mental health, domestic abuse and substance misuse practitioners. In-house family therapy and Social Care CAMHS teams also support practice.
