Social Worker – Children with Disabilities Team Salary: £39,384 to £42,620 (Depending on experience) Salary Frequency: Annual Working Hours: 37 hours per week About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities Team. You will provide high-quality social work services to children with complex disabilities and their families, ensuring their welfare is safeguarded and their needs are met in line with Northamptonshire Children's Trust's legal and statutory obligations. As a qualified social worker, you will bring post-qualification experience, ideally in supporting children with disabilities and their families. Key Responsibilities Provide social work services to children with complex disabilities and their families, ensuring their safety and welfare in line with statutory requirements. Manage a caseload of complex and diverse cases, adhering to the required standards.About You You must be a qualified social worker, registered with Social Work England, with a passion for delivering best practice in supporting children and families. You should have the ability to manage a complex caseload and a commitment to continuous professional development.
