Senior Occupational Therapist Equipment s services. This is a varied role focused on delivering high-quality OT assessments and interventions within a social care setting, with a strong emphasis on equipment provision, minor and major adaptations, and promoting independence. Main Duties: Complete specialist Occupational Therapy assessments for adults and children within a community social care setting Recommend and coordinate provision of equipment, minor works, and major adaptations to support independence and safety Manage a varied caseload, prioritising complex cases and ensuring timely interventions Work collaboratively with housing, social care, and health professionals to deliver joined-up support Provide advice and guidance on moving and handling, risk management, and functional independence Attend office base 1 day per week (Thursday) as part of hybrid working arrangements Ensure all interventions comply with relevant legislation and local authority proceduresRequirements: HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist Experience within social care OT services Strong background in equipment provision, minor and major adaptations Experience working...
