Middlesbrough Council is seeking an experienced SEND Case Officer to join the SEND Assessment and Review Team.
You will manage a varied caseload of children with SEND, coordinate EHC needs assessments from referral to completion, and draft and maintain EHCPs in line with statutory requirements.
You will work with families, schools and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure timely annual reviews, effective data management and compliance with SEND legislation.
