Resident Engagement Lead (Part-Time – 21 hours/week)\\nLocation: Tooley Street office with travel to Aylesbury Estate\\nRate: £350/day (umbrella)\\nInterviews: Week commencing 4th August\\nStart Date: Week commencing 18th August\\nHybrid working – minimum 1 day per week in the office (Tuesday attendance required)\\n\\nAre you passionate about building strong community relationships and delivering high-quality resident engagement? We're looking for an experienced Resident Engagement Lead to join our team on a part-time basis (21 hours per week).\\n\\nAbout the Role:\\n\\nIn this dynamic role, you will take the lead on shaping and delivering impactful resident engagement strategies for one of our key regeneration projects. You'll be responsible for:\\n\\nDeveloping and implementing comprehensive engagement plans and communications\\n\\nProducing letters, flyers, and other materials to support effective outreach\\n\\nWorking closely with media, communications teams, and key stakeholders\\n\\nUsing platforms such as Commonplace and other engagement tools to capture and respond to resident feedback\\n\\nAttending evening meetings on the estate (TOIL will apply)\\n\\nWhat We're Looking For:\\n\\nProven experience in directly leading resident engagement initiatives\\n\\nStrong ability to create tailored engagement materials and communication strategies\\n\\nConfident working independently with excellent IT skills, including sourcing, manipulating, and presenting information\\n\\nAbility to identify and locate relevant data or resources to support engagement goals\\n\\nComfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including residents, council teams, and the media\\n\\nWorking Pattern:\\n\\n21 hours per week\\n\\nMust be available in person on Tuesdays\\n\\nThe remaining 14 hours are flexible and can be spread across the week to meet business needs\\n\\nOther Details:\\n\\nNo DBS required\\n\\nMainly office-based with occasional site visits\\n\\nEvening work required from time to time (with TOIL)
