Ackerman Pierce Ltd is seeking an experienced Tribunals and Mediation Officer to join its SEND Service on a fully remote basis. The role involves managing SEND Tribunal and mediation processes, including hearings, JADR meetings, and TC MHs, with families, schools and partner agencies to secure positive outcomes for children with SEND.
The successful candidate will have significant SEND Tribunals/Mediation experience, strong knowledge of the 2014 Act and related procedures, and excellent communication skills.
