Ackerman Pierce is a fast-growing recruitment agency specialising in the Public Sector, and we\’re looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding team in Harlow in both our permanent and temporary recruitment teams.
Responsibilities
- Source and place top talent into temporary and permanent Public Sector roles.
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle – from business development to candidate placement.
- Proactively win new and develop business through market research, cold calling, networking and ongoing client engagement and management.
- Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, telesales, or recruitment (Public Sector knowledge is a bonus!).
- A confident communicator who thrives on building relationships.
- Target-driven with a strong work ethic and resilience.
