Qualified Social Worker – MASH Team We are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker – Fostering Team within the Social Care industry in Merton. The Qualified Social Worker – Fostering Team vacancy within Hertfordshire will be for an initial 3-6 months with potential for extension subject to internal circumstance and your performance. Responsibilities include: Recruit, assess, and monitor foster carers. Provide regular supervision and support to foster carers in line with agency standards. Assist foster carers in evidencing competence against training standards. Conduct support visits and contribute to annual foster carer reviews. Maintain accurate Foster Care Agreements. Identify learning and development needs and deliver training sessions. Undertake initial visits, carer assessments, and attend support meetings.Experience preferred: Post qualifying experience of working within a statutory Fostering Social Work team within the UK. The team: Well-structured organised team, growing their social worker staffing levels. This is a role within the Social Care industry.
