Ackerman Pierce Ltd. is seeking an experienced SEND Case Officer to join the Preparing for Adulthood team in East London on an interim, hybrid basis.

You will manage EHCP caseloads for 14-25-year-olds, lead annual reviews and drive transitions with families and providers.

This role requires a solid Local Authority SEND background, knowledge of the 2014 Act and strong liaison skills to achieve positive outcomes. Immediate start available.
