The Parking Services Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Council's parking services, ensuring the effective delivery of parking enforcement, parking assets, permit schemes, and associated services. The postholder will lead the development and implementation of parking policies that support the Council's transport, environmental, economic, and community objectives while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. The role is accountable for delivering safe, efficient, customer-focused, and financially sustainable parking services through effective leadership, contract management, performance monitoring, and continuous service improvement.
