Nottingham City Council is looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join their Adults Transformation Team.

  • Broad experience across different adult social care areas
  • Recent frontline practice and Care Act assessment experience
  • Knowledge of Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, and care package management
  • Office presence one day per week
  • SWE-registered Social Worker
  • All reviews conducted face-to-face (no telephone reviews)
