Major Works Project Manager – Housing Capital Programme (£30m p.a.) We’re looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to play a key role in delivering Enfield’s ambitious £30m Housing Capital Programme. This is your chance to lead high-profile projects that improve homes, strengthen communities, and boost the borough’s social and economic future. What you’ll be doing: Leading and delivering housing capital works across the borough. Driving improvements in social housing, sustainability, and community development. Managing a skilled team (Clerk of Works, Resident Liaison, and Project Support). Building strong partnerships with Government, GLA, TfL, developers and more. Promoting Enfield’s housing projects regionally and nationally.
