North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking a senior leader to manage Inclusion Services, providing strategic direction, professional supervision and high-quality outcomes for children and young people. The role covers attendance, SEN decision making, elective home education and related safeguarding responsibilities.
The post involves chairing cross-agency partnership meetings, driving procurement and contract management of alternative provision, and leading a 13-strong multi-disciplinary team.
