Key Duties & Responsibilities • Lead and motivate a team delivering housing support and tenancy sustainment services. • Oversee complex resident cases including safeguarding, vulnerability, and ASB. • Support residents to maintain successful and sustainable tenancies. • Work collaboratively with statutory and partner agencies to deliver effective interventions. • Monitor service performance, KPIs, and compliance standards. • Manage escalated complaints and tenancy-related issues. • Ensure excellent customer service and resident engagement across the service. • Drive continuous service improvement and promote best practice within the team.
