We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Fire Safety Surveyor to join our growing team. This role is responsible for conducting fire safety inspections and surveys across a range of residential, commercial, and public sector properties, ensuring compliance with fire safety legislation, industry standards, and client requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying fire safety risks, providing practical recommendations, and supporting clients in maintaining safe and compliant buildings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct fire safety surveys and inspections of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
  • Undertake fire risk assessments in accordance with relevant legislation and guidance.
  • Identify fire safety deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assess passive fire protection measures, including fire doors, compartmentation, and fire stopping.
  • Produce clear, accurate, and comprehensive survey reports.
  • Advise clients on compliance with fire safety regulations and best practices.
  • Liaise with property owners, contractors, housing providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Support remediation projects by reviewing specifications and completed works.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using company systems.

Essential Requirements
