East Sussex are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join a well-structured and dynamic reablement team. The client offers a full time or part time contract with an opportunity to work from home, a fair and manageable caseload and further training in your portfolio. The vacancy will be for an initial 3 - 6 months with potential for extension.
Main Duties for the Reablement Physiotherapist includes:
- Assessing clients on the Reablement Pathway for up to 6 weeks in the community
- General rehabilitation of people with reduced function and mobility, working towards their individual goals to regain independence
- Working with individuals in our D2A bedded unit to increase mobility and safety
To Be Successful:
- Previous experience working as a Physiotherapist in the community
- Reablement experience/ D2A experience
- Manual handling experience
- HCPC Registration
- Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Physiotherapist Qualification
