Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Fire and Building Safety Specialist to lead on statutory compliance across our residential buildings portfolio. As the designated Accountable Person, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act, Fire Safety Act, Fire Safety Order, and other relevant regulations.\\n\\nYou will play a key role in managing building safety cases, risk assessments, and implementing robust fire and building safety strategies that protect residents and uphold our legal and reputational obligations.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nOversee compliance across residential stock with all building and fire safety legislation\\n\\nPrepare and manage safety cases for submission to the Building Safety Regulator\\n\\nLead on risk mitigation, safety planning, inspections, and incident reporting\\n\\nLiaise with contractors, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver compliant services\\n\\nMaintain accurate and accessible safety data across systems and platforms\\n\\nSupport capital projects and cyclical maintenance with a safety-first approach\\n\\nChampion a culture of fire safety awareness across the organisation\\n\\nIf you have previous experience in these areas and keen to develop your knowledge further this is a perfect team for you.
