My client needs an experienced Project Manager who can lead multi-disciplinary teams, control significant budgets and deliver safe, high-quality outcomes for residents.
Responsibilities:
- Lead borough-wide and area-based capital works programmes (c. £20m), including fire safety and major refurbishment schemes.
- Manage consultants, contractors and in-house teams to deliver on time, to budget and to a high standard.
- Take ownership of financial control, performance management and quality assurance across multiple projects.
- Lead resident consultation and manage customer expectations throughout delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with Building Safety legislation, Fire Safety Act and wider high-rise projects.
Solid knowledge of Building Safety Act, housing legislation and leaseholder consultation. Proven experience managing large budgets and multi-disciplinary teams. Degree in a construction-related discipline (MRICS / MCIOB desirable). Confident communicator who can lead stakeholders and residents with authority.
