Do you have experience working as a Damp and Mould Building Surveyor? Are you MRICS qualified and experienced working in a Local Authority or similar setting? My client is excited to recruit for someone just like you! They are looking for someone to join the Capital Projects and Property Service as an officer to help oversee the day-to-day running and management of council owned properties.
Key Duties and Experience:
- MRICS qualified with 3 years post qualified experience in commercial property with a private practice or client side.
- Managing the Council's property portfolio to maximise value, reduce costs, enhance long term value.
- Identifying and executing value add opportunities and asset management initiatives across the available assets.
- Delivering commercial arrangements.
- Maximising property regeneration opportunities.
- Undertake budgeting, forecasting and financial management in respect of the property portfolio which is valued at circa £2.77bn.
- Work with a local authority would also be ideal but not essential.
- Lettings, rent reviews and management dealing with tenants.
- Managing a varied portfolio of commercial property assets.
