Ackerman Pierce Ltd is recruiting a Physiotherapist for community-based rehabilitation on the Reablement Pathway, assessing clients for up to six weeks and supporting independence.
You will perform targeted rehabilitation to improve mobility and safety, including working with clients in a D2A bedded unit. Eligibility to work in the UK and HCPC registration are required; enhanced DBS/CRB can be obtained on request.
