Class 2 Building Control Surveyor

Enfield Council is recruiting a Class 2 Building Control Surveyor (temporary post) to support our Building Control team. Requirements: Full RICS or CABE membership. Extensive experience inspecting buildings for Building Regulations compliance. Familiarity with dangerous structures, demolitions, and contraventions. Strong post-qualification experience, including deputising for the Principal Surveyor. In-depth knowledge of Building Control legislation and procedures. Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills. Team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
