My client needs an experienced Project Manager who can lead multi-disciplinary teams, control significant budgets and deliver safe, high-quality outcomes for residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead borough-wide and area-based capital works programmes (c. £20m), including fire safety and major refurbishment schemes.
  • Manage consultants, contractors and in-house teams to deliver on time, to budget and to a high standard.
  • Take ownership of financial control, performance management and quality assurance across multiple projects.
  • Lead resident consultation and manage customer expectations throughout delivery.
  • Ensure full compliance with Building Safety legislation, Fire Safety Act and wider H&S duties.
  • Produce clear reports for senior management, members and forums.

Requirements:

  • Strong background delivering housing capital works, ideally fire safety and high-rise projects.
  • Solid knowledge of Building Safety Act, housing legislation and leaseholder consultation.
  • Proven experience managing large budgets and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Degree in a construction-related discipline (MRICS / MCIOB desirable).
  • Confident communicator who can lead stakeholders and residents with authority.
