What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading key improvement projects across Adult Services
- Ensuring strong governance, oversight, and delivery across all initiatives
- Collaborating with teams, senior leaders, and partners to deliver real change
- Supporting the council's drive for a stronger, more resilient care system
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in project leadership, ideally within Adult Social Care or the public sector
- Relevant qualifications (as per the Job Description & Person Specification)
- Ability to work across services and build strong partnerships
- A record of delivering measurable transformation and improvement
Compliance Requirements:
- 2 years of references
- Gaps in employment history explored
- Qualifications checked against the JDPS
