A local authority located in North East London is looking to recruit an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a well structured team.

Main Duties:
Experience required working with Adults
Reviewing care packages and provision of moving and handling equipment.
Complete Care Act assessments
Assess individuals and carers with complex needs in the home environment
Recommend and coordinate equipment and adaptations
Undertake manual handling assessments
Work in line with safeguarding procedures, promoting dignity and respectRequirements:
Minimum 2 years post-qualified experience
Previous experience as a community-based Occupational Therapist
Manual handling expertise
HCPC Registration
Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can assist)
Eligibility to work in the UK
Must have own vehicle and full UK driving licenceBenefit
Hybrid working – occasional office visits only
