AP Education in Surrey is seeking dedicated SEND Tutors, SEND Teachers and HLTA to provide 1:1 support for learners with SEND/SEMH from Early Years to KS4 in Woking.

You will deliver core subjects or SEND-specific content and support individual learning needs.

You will assess progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, liaise with SALT/OT/Social Workers, support attendance, and assist transitions to mainstream or specialist settings.
