Overview
AP Education collaborates with local authorities to deliver bespoke 1:1 alternative provision for learners who cannot access mainstream settings. We seek dedicated SEND Tutors, SEND Teachers, and HLTAs in Letchworth Garden City and surrounding regions.
Learners' Complex Needs:
- SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)
- SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health)
- Autism
- EBSA (Emotionally Based School Avoidance)
- SpLD (Specific Learning Difficulties)
- MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver core subjects (Mathematics, English, Science) or SEND‐specific content to students from Early Years to KS4.
- Implement effective behaviour management using positive strategies.
- Support learners with a range of complex needs as listed above.
