Dear Provideredu,

The Council has a child aged 8 who requires tutoring in New Forest district. This child has a primary need of Autism Spectrum Disorder. Support is required for 15 hours on 5 days a week for 12 weeks.

Please can you confirm by 2pm on 8th December 2025 if you can meet their needs. Suppliers are reminded not to submit prices as part of their response; placements will be made at the consolidated rates suppliers submitted as part of their tender. No further discussion on additional payments such as mileage will be considered.

As per the referral process in the specification, once the return deadline has passed, the Council will contact the highest ranked Service Provider who has confirmed they can meet the need with the child or young person’s EHCP and other associated documents if required.

If you have not heard after 72 hours of the closing date detailed above, we are sorry you have not been successful for this opportunity. Due to volumes, the Council cannot contact individual Service Providers after each opportunity has been filled.
