AP Education is seeking dedicated SEND Tutors, SEND Teachers, and HLTA staff in Worcester and surrounding regions to deliver customised 1:1 Alternative Provision for learners unable to access mainstream education. You will provide face-to-face 1:1 support for students from Early Years to KS4, delivering core subjects or SEND-specific help, and employing positive behaviour strategies to foster progress and wellbeing.
