Senior Practitioner – Family Support & Safeguarding

Key Duties:
- Manage and oversee complex safeguarding and family support cases.
- Provide high-quality case supervision, guidance and support to Social Workers.
- Undertake assessments, safeguarding enquiries and intervention planning.
- Support effective multi-agency working and partnership with families.
- Promote positive outcomes for children, young people and families.
- Contribute to service development, quality assurance and best practice.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Social Worker with relevant Social Work experience.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, assessment and child protection procedures.
- Experience managing complex and high-risk cases.
- Ability to provide professional supervision and practice guidance.
- Excellent communication, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies and statutory frameworks.
