ACJ Search are supporting a Norfolk based organisation who are recruiting for a Principal Mechanical Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is focussed on delivering robust, manufacturable designs and ensuring that products operate reliably under real-world conditions. You would be involved in the full development cycle from concept through to validation and product readiness.

Key responsibilities of the role would include:

  • Lead the mechanical design and integration of electric machines
  • Define and develop thermal management strategies
