As we continue to grow, we are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Lift Engineer to join our Facilities Management team. This role is responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of a large lift asset portfolio, ensuring all lifts remain safe, compliant and fully operational. The postholder will manage lift repair and maintenance contracts, oversee statutory compliance and LOLER programmes, and lead the delivery of capital lifecycle and refurbishment works. You will lead a small team, manage significant budgets, develop and maintain long-term investment plans, and act as the subject-matter expert for vertical transportation, ensuring high standards of performance, value for money and customer service across the portfolio.
We are expanding our Design and Consultancy Team and seeking an Associate Director of Programme Management. The role will be responsible for leading the strategic development, delivery, and evaluation of capital programmes across the organisation. This includes overseeing programme governance, performance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership to ensure successful outcomes aligned with organisational goals. There is also a requirement for this post to lead on the development of a software platform to monitor and report on capital planned maintenance programmes of work.
As we continue to grow, we are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Clerk of Works to join our Design & Consultancy team. The role will work across a range of areas including but not limited to EDI, domestic and non-domestic, commercial and non-commercial, new build and refurbishment projects. Within this role you will be required to visit and inspect site on a regular basis, verify work against plans and standards, compile regular reports and trackers and to be able to keep accurate records. You must be able to report on progress and defects and ensure compliance with specifications, safety and quality.
