As demand for our services continues to grow, we are looking for an outstanding Chartered Lead Principal Quantity Surveyor to join our Cost Management team. Job Description:

We offer a basic salary of up to £65K (pay award pending) depending on experience, working 36.5 hours per week. Our offices are located at 10 Brindley Place, Birmingham with the team typically in attendance 1 or 2 days a week.

Working with major public and private sector clients, you will have the opportunity to make a genuine impact whilst developing your career within an organisation that is committed to quality, innovation and delivering positive outcomes for the people and places we serve.

About You:

You will be a commercially astute, values-led senior quantity surveying professional with substantial experience in cost, commercial and contract management, ideally supported by a degree and chartered membership of RICS, CIOB or an equivalent body. You will bring strong knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts, cost planning, forecasting, procurement and commercial risk, alongside the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. You are likely to have experience both of the public and private sector. An inclusive and credible leader, you will build trusted client relationships, communicate complex matters clearly and use sound judgement to deliver sustainable value for clients and communities.
