This part-time role (7.5 hours/week) covers Wellbeing Hubs and local venues across Lincolnshire, delivering activities and personalised support to strengthen communities.
You will work with partners, people with lived experience, and local services to create stronger, more resilient communities and monitor impact using outcomes-based approaches.
