You genuinely make a difference to young people's lives helping them start the day feeling safe, calm and motivated, and ensuring they get home safely at the end of the day.
It's ideal for someone with life experience, maturity and the confidence to pass that on positively - someone who enjoys local driving, takes pride in doing a job properly, and values building meaningful relationships supporting learners in a number of different ways throughout the day.
About the LearnersYou'll be working with young people aged 16+ who have an Education, Health & Care Plan (EHCP). Learners may have a range of complex needs, including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and potentially additional learning difficulties and/or disabilities.

Safety-minded, punctual and proud of maintaining high standards. Mature, steady and able to handle sensitive situations appropriately. A clear communicator who works well with colleagues, parents and carers.
You'll need:- A strong commitment to safeguarding and learner wellbeing.
- To maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle.
